Dakune Chill Lodge is warm and spacious and sleeps up to 30 people in 10 bedrooms.  It provides a large cosy lounge with plenty of seating, an open fire and 50" TV in the lounge.  This leads into the open-plan kitchen/dining area with another 50" TV for presentations (or watching Netflix while cooking).  The dining area also has a complimentary tea and coffee station, BYO self-serve bar area, a fantastic board game selection and a children's area.  Two doors lead out to a wonderfully large spacious deck with a partial view of the mountain, where you will find the large 1.5m BBQ and outdoor tables and seating.

The rear deck has a hot spa pool to soak in and in the garden has a fire pit to toast marshmallows (and yourselves) in the large 1,000m2 backyard-cricket compatible garden. These garden facilities are shared with the Chalet guests.

​

On the lower level, there is a drying room for ski and snowboard gear with state-of-the-art glove and boot dryer.  Additionally there is a games room with pool table, dart board and 60" TV with a Firestick, PS2 and old school Nintendo games for a trip down amnesia lane...  or, maybe you just want to de-stress in the Sawo premium sauna room for the ultimate in relaxation.

Dakune Chill Chalet is warm and cosy and sleeps up to 10 people (but 8 may be the more comfortable as one of the beds is a sofa bed in the lounge).  It has a private rear deck with BBQ and outdoor furniture, a front deck and a balcony with a partial view of the mountain.

The Chalet shares use of the spa pool, fire pit and garden area.

Both the Lodge and Chalet have secure bike storage facilities and E-bike battery charging stations and both are pet friendly 😊.

On selected dates throughout the year we run the Lodge as a backpackers/guesthouse (kinda like 'Brigadoon'). Guests can book a private room or a bed in a shared 2 or 4 person dorm and have full use of all Lodge facilities for a fraction of the price of booking out the entire Lodge.

Dakune Chill has self-contained campervan parking available including use of the spa pool, fire pit and garden. We have 5 spaces available. Booking by prior arrangement only.
